Florida’s Acqualina Resort & Spa Reveals Redesigned Rooms

The seaside resort will be debuting 100 revamped rooms

Acqualina Resort & Spa on the Beach, located just north of Miami Beach, will unveil 98 redecorated guest rooms this fall. Created by Isabel Tragash of Miami’s STA Architectural Group in collaboration with the resort’s owners, Stephanie Trump and Deborah Yager Fleming, the revitalized accommodations range in size from 750-square-foot guest rooms to a 2,300-square-foot three-bedroom suite, with interiors that adhere to a cool, seaside-inspired color palette of taupe, tans, and grays with violet accents. Each room has a private balcony that offers views of either the Atlantic to the east or the Intracoastal Waterway to the west. The rooms are decorated with bronze-touched furnishings and custom chenille sofas. Bathrooms feature glass-enclosed showers, marble floors, and granite countertops. Acqualina’s amenities include four restaurants, four swimming pools, and the award-winning Acqualina Spa by Espa. (305.918.8000, www.acqualinaresort.com)
