The 1,990-square-foot, two-bedroom accommodations on the 18th floor have 220-square-foot terraces and are priced at about $7,300 per night. . . . In the Caribbean, the Ritz-Carlton, St. Thomas (www.ritzcarlton.com) has completed a $40 million renovation that includes a new area with 55 guest rooms, 16 executive suites, four presidential suites, and two villas. The resort also has added eight treatment rooms and two open-air cabanas to its spa, and its Sails restaurant has been redesigned to offer all-day, open-air dining on the Caribbean Sea.
