Parrot Cay

Parrot Cay’s timber-clad beach villas and houses, which line the dunes that extend from the main hotel, have screened porches and wooden decks overlooking the seascape. The interiors are all white and wood: hardwood floors, high- beamed ceilings, and white couches in the living rooms. The resort’s bar, located near a palm-shaded pool, is an intimate candlelit space that encourages convivial meetings with as many as a dozen other guests. Accommodations The hotel contains 46 rooms and suites; 14 beach houses and villas also are available. Recreation Complimentary sailing, windsurfing, snorkeling, swimming, kayaking, and tennis; bonefishing, billfishing, scuba diving, and island-hopping for an additional fee. Dining Executive chef Richard Thompson prepares Asian, Mediterranean, and spa cuisine in the resort’s two restaurants. Worthy Diversion Explore the powder-white beaches on the nearby islands of Iguana and Sand Dollar. Rates From $450 for a double room to $10,000 for the Master Villa, depending on the time of year. Breakfast and boat transfers to the island are included in the price.
